PROJECT OVERVIEW
The historic medical center was built by the Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad in 1926 to serve their employees and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Hotel Parq Central contains a combination of 71 guest rooms and suites in the three historic buildings. The new constructed Casita contains three spacious suites for extended stays. The main building features a café, library, mailroom, conservatory, and conference space on the ground floor for use by guests. A new cocktail lounge, "The Apothecary", was constructed on the fourth floor with an outdoor deck on the roof which overlooks the city. Other available services on the property include a fitness center and a treatment room for massages and facials.
