Adam’s journey with Klinger dates to 1999, and his expertise in the field spans more than 30 years. His portfolio as a project manager includes notable projects like One Central, Kairos Power, Thornburg Investment's Campus, and the New Mexico School for the Arts. He serves on the Board of Directors at AREA, NAIOP, Sandoval Economic Alliance and Manzano Day School. He graduated from UNM with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Joel’s major projects include the multi-phase renovations at Coronado Center, numerous structural renovations at Route 66 Casino and industrial work at Intel. He serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors Board of Directors and the Executive Trust Board, as well as the International School at Mesa del Sol Governing Council. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering.
Jeff joined Klinger in 2016 prior to graduating from UNM with a B.S. in Construction Management and graduated with his MCM-Masters in Construction Management. His project experience began working at Hotel Chaco and One Central. As project manager he has completed several phases at Blue Halo and the Arcosa Wind Tower facility. Jeff is a native New Mexican and an active Board Member on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders and serves on the Membership Committee for ABC/Associate Builders and Contractors.
Shirley is very active in the community and a charter member and Past President of CREW NM. She is also active in NAIOP, ABC, EVEDA, and Rotary. In the past, she has served as Board Director for both Santa Fe Economic Development and Belen Economic Development. She was also Rotary President for Albuquerque Del Sol.
